"OMG! Just wonderful! Five star rating in all
catagories. We stayed in the smaller one bedroom villa ( there is a
four bedroom villa next door ) and it was just delightful. From the
beautiful entrance and fountain to the unbelievably fabulous
indoor/outdoor plunge pool.The bedroom is airconditioned and the
bathroom has a great big tub with a shower. The use of glass panels
throughout the villa is complimentary to the feeling of light and
space. The villa has a fully functioning kitchen , fridge etc and a
lounge area that opens onto the pool. So quiet and relaxing but only
5 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Kuta shops and
restaurants. Also very close to Waterbom Park. The complex has a
number of villas and is a secure , gated complex. Lancar was always
available to help with any needs and a car with driver is available
at reasonable cost for shopping, tours etc. Just fantastic.

KUTA ROYAL C1
"Just returned home from 10 nights stay in C1. The cost included transfers to and from the airport. The driver is available for day tours. The villa is very well appointed with marble floors throughout and Balinese colours and furnishings. It even has its own indoor pool off the lounge room - great to come home to after a days shopping. Bedrooms are air conditioned and the open plan downstairs area was cool , using only ceiling fans , despite outside being over 33 degrees There are a couple of great local restaurants just outside the entrance to the complex plus a convenience store.
